The Sisterhood Salon is a feminist literary gathering held in Beirut where group discussion is led by poetry, siblinghood is encouraged & the emotional intellect is stimulated. The month’s theme was The Myth of Woman. We celebrated woman’s innate power; mystics, warriors, goddesses, queens. Her story was erased, but it’s time to remember. After a day of marching, protesting, or whatever else your International Women’s Day holds, the Sisterhood Salon will be a place to heal, energize and celebrate. This event was held at Onomatopoeia, Beirut.
